SHIPPING
Items purchased from Etch 'n Stitch that do not require personalization are shipped within 2-3 business days. Items requiring personalization are shipped within 7-10 business days. Please note that purchases paid for with a personal check will be held 10 days.
If both personalized and non-personalized items are purchased, all items will be shipped when the personalized items are complete, unless otherwise requested. Requesting split shipping may incur an additional shipping charge.
RETURNS
If you receive an item that is damaged, we will promptly replace it. Non-personalized items that you wish to return are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Personalized items are non-returnable, except in the case of damage.
